Our Story
EverBold Ventures was born from one simple truth: the hardest projects aren’t technical — they’re human.
Founder Rebecca spent more than 12 years leading multimillion-dollar infrastructure, government, and education projects — over $500 million in total — before realising that success rarely hinges on spreadsheets or systems. It depends on people: their communication, alignment, and confidence.
From boardrooms to farms, Rebecca saw the same challenge again and again. Brilliant, capable women were carrying enormous responsibility — leading teams, running businesses, or navigating change — but often without the clarity or support they needed to thrive.
EverBold Ventures was created to change that.
Today, we provide tailored mentoring and advisory programs that combine strategic project discipline with leadership development designed for real-world complexity. Bec is known for her ability to bring calm to complexity. With over a decade managing capital works programs and delivering infrastructure projects across Queensland, she understands the intersection of people, pressure, and performance like few others.
Today, she channels that experience into mentoring women who lead. Her approach blends technical project expertise with emotional intelligence — helping women feel seen, supported, and strategically strong.
She’s passionate about empowering women to step into leadership roles with confidence, particularly in regional and male-dominated industries.
