Industry Experience
EverBold Ventures draws on more than a decade of hands-on delivery experience across Defence, healthcare, education, civil, and modular construction projects throughout Queensland and regional Australia. Founder Rebecca has led both builder-side and client-side delivery, giving her a unique perspective on how to balance compliance, budget, and operational continuity.
Defence
Rebecca’s early career with Hutchinson Builders included the delivery of complex infrastructure projects for the Department of Defence at RAAF Base Amberley.
She supported the Deployable Defence Air Traffic Management Systems & Control Building upgrade -completing critical roof and safety system replacements, drainage and compliance works, and accessibility upgrades while the base remained fully operational.
As Project Manager for the Battlefield Airlifter 23 Squadron facilities, Rebecca oversaw the construction of a new office building and support assets with stringent acoustic, structural, and security requirements. The project demanded careful coordination around unexploded ordnance and undocumented in-ground services - demonstrating her ability to lead within high-risk, highly regulated environments.
Healthcare
Rebecca has delivered a range of regional health projects, including the Alpha Hospital & Emergency Services Precinct for Queensland Health and the Broken Hill Health Service Redevelopment for the NSW Government.
Both projects utilised modular construction; 42 modules were built in Toowoomba and transported to remote sites to reduce disruption and improve quality assurance. Her work involved extensive stakeholder consultation to ensure clinical priorities and operational needs were fully integrated into the final design.
These projects modernised aging regional health assets and expanded community access to vital healthcare services, dental facilities, and emergency infrastructure.
Education
Rebecca was part of a state-wide fire hydrant upgrade program across more than 100 Queensland schools, coordinating with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) and school principals to deliver works safely and efficiently.
Her understanding of WHS compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder communication ensured minimal disruption to learning environments—an approach that underpins EverBold’s education project advisory today.
Civil & Local Government
As Program Manager for the Western Downs Regional Council Capital Works PMO, Rebecca led a $25M capital program spanning 37,000 km².
She developed a strategic program delivery model that bundled geographically dispersed projects to attract stronger contractor engagement and reduce procurement timeframes. Her risk-based prioritisation framework ensured safety-critical and compliance-driven works were addressed first, while effective engagement with councillors and executives maintained alignment and political confidence.
Projects included new community pools, park upgrades, and critical electrical infrastructure works, all delivered under strict governance and budget control.
State Government & Infrastructure
As Infrastructure Delivery Manager for Stadiums Queensland, Rebecca managed the planning and execution of capital works across multiple high-profile venues.
Her leadership ensured upgrades aligned with operational schedules and governance requirements while embedding ESG and sustainability principles into project delivery.
At Griffith University, she oversaw a $154M capital works program across three campuses, introducing an integrated delivery planning tool to improve executive visibility, sequencing, and risk management.
Rebecca also advised the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning on Indigenous infrastructure programs, conducting technical audits and developing risk-based prioritisation frameworks for remote water and wastewater systems. Her collaborative approach supported Indigenous Councils in delivering culturally sensitive and sustainable infrastructure.
Modular Construction
Rebecca’s experience in modular delivery - from hospital precincts to community health facilities—has shaped EverBold’s practical understanding of prefabrication logistics, compliance pathways, and regional constructability. She has managed projects from design through transport and installation, ensuring quality assurance, minimal disruption, and long-term maintainability.
